We're recruiting for a Graduate Sales Executive to join a leading international adventure travel specialist based near Inverness. Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of global adventure tour itineraries to confidently guide customer decisions

• Respond to enquiries and manage the full customer journey from lead to post-booking support

• Convert leads into bookings through a consultative sales approach

• Coordinate closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on customer messaging

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and help improve internal systems and processes

What Experience is Required?

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment (ideally 1-2 years)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client journeys simultaneously

• Proactive with excellent attention to details

Salary & Benefits

• £24,000 - £26,000starting salary
