Tradewind Recruitment, Preston, is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join its IMPACT Academy. You will source and interview candidates, build strong relationships with teachers and schools, and match candidates to vacancies while developing new business opportunities.

No recruitment experience is required, with industry-leading training and mentoring from day one. Starting with a £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, you can expect an OTE of £35,000-£42,000 in Year One, with
