The role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build relationships with primary and secondary schools (working hours - 7:30AM - 5:00PM)
• Source, interview, and place teachers and support staff
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement
• Develop your own client base and candidate network
• Work towards individual revenue targets
• Deliver a high level of service in a fast-moving environment

What we're looking for

• Ambitious and competitive individuals
• Confident communicators (phone-based experience preferred)
• Strong work ethic and resilience
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle

No recruitment experience needed - full training provided.
