What you'll be doing:

Sourcing and interviewing candidates for teaching and support roles

Creating professional CV profiles and marketing your candidates to schools

Supporting schools with their staffing needs across London

Working towards weekly targets and earning commission from day one

Learning the full recruitment cycle with hands-on mentoring and support

Realistic first-year earnings of £35,000-£40,000 with commission
