To be considered for this role you will live in a commutable distance to our Ilkeston office.
What will you be doing?
As a Graduate Quantity surveyor for BES Infrastructure, you will be responsible for day-to-day commercial activities for assigned contracts and contract administration.
You will:
Work alongside the Commercial teams to administrate various contracts for existing rail and non-rail clients
Provide accurate commercial forecasts and track performance indicators against contract requirements.
Engage with Operational Teams to regularly review and optimise cost management processes.
Prepare applications for payments, forecasting and other general contractual administrational duties
Raise Sales invoices and expedite cash receipts.
Ensure a robust process is followed, to enhance cost control across the various projects and resolve commercial queries as they arise for internal and external customers.
