Kneat Graduate Program 2026 - Process Engineering/Operations

Kneat enables regulated organizations to move from paper based validation to intelligent, digitised, paperless solutions. The company launched Kneat Gx in 2014 - a purpose built validation software platform now widely used by leading Life Sciences companies worldwide.

Graduate Programme Overview

The 18 month programme, starting September 2026, consists of rotations across various departments within Kneat. Graduates will gain hands on experience, develop both technical and soft skills, and receive regular support from mentors and HR.

  • Rotate between teams within the department to gather cross functional experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow graduates to build on skills.
  • Develop rounded capabilities for a long term career.
  • Meet regularly with leaders, mentors, and HR.
  • Complete rotations over 18 months before settling into a chosen area.
  • Hybrid delivery with office located in Castletroy, Co. Limerick.

What We Are Looking For
  • Graduating September 2026 with a 1.1 or 2.1 honours degree.
  • Studied Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Engineering, or another related discipline.
  • Willing to work on site in the Limerick office.
  • Ready to learn in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Have the right to work in Ireland.
