We're looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer for our Building Services team to be based in Reading or London, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your mechanical engineering expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.

In this role, you will help create a comfortable environment by designing and delivering the mechanical components of systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), public health (drainage and water services), and renewable energy systems, whilst retaining a focus on the sustainability and environmental impact of each design. You will be exposed to BIM modelling, building physics, collaboration and co-ordination and gain detailed knowledge of building regulations and industry guidance.

About you:
