Graduate Junior Product Owner

Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum + additional company benefits.

About the Role

A Lincoln based business that has achieved significant success in app and software solutions for the healthcare industry is looking to hire a new permanent hybrid Graduate Junior Product Owner. The role is situated within a large DevOps department and reports directly to the Lead Product Owner. The successful candidate will help shape product vision and roadmaps, manage the product backlog, and ensure product goals align with user experience.

Responsibilities

• Aiding in product discovery and development
• Carrying out research & testing
• Managing the full product lifecycle, including optimisation and solution creation
• Handling the product backlog
• Creating documentation
• Communicating the product vision
• Helping engineering teams understand product direction

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a role involving business analytics or product ownership (preferably)
• Degree in a computer science, IT, or data driven discipline
• Comfortable handling large data sets
• Understanding of DevOps (advantageous)
• Willingness to commit to a full time permanent role based in Lincoln, offering hybrid work (2 days a week in the office)

Location & Working Hours

Lincoln, UK. The role runs Monday Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM.
