Are you a recent graduate or at the beginning of your career with a passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, and building performance? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established consultancy known for its expertise in building performance, compliance, and sustainable design.

This role offers a structured development pathway where you'll build your skills in energy modelling, regulatory compliance, and airtightness testing, while contributing to innovative, low carbon building solutions.

As a Graduate Energy Modeller, you'll support the delivery of sustainable and energy efficient building projects. Working closely with experienced engineers, you'll gain practical experience across modelling, analysis, and on site testing. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in building physics and environmental design.

• Starting salary from £28,000+ (depending on experience)

• Assist with energy modelling to evaluate building performance and efficiency
• Support on site airtightness testing and data collection
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with Part L and other building regulations
• Produce technical reports and develop 3D models for project delivery
• Work closely with engineers and consultants on live projects

• Carry out building performance analysis using industry standard software
• Visit project sites to assist with testing and surveys
• Use tools such as Bluebeam for measurements and scaling
• Create models using software including IES and SketchUp
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to develop your knowledge

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or similar
• Exposure to IES software through studies or placement experience
• Strong interest in sustainability and building performance
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
