Graduate Employment Specialist: Build Careers in Community

Red 5 People is seeking Employment Specialists to support individuals with health conditions or disabilities in finding and sustaining employment across Swindon, Warminster, and Chippenham. This community-based role involves working independently and meeting clients in various locations.

Full training will be provided, so while prior experience in employment services is not required, candidates should possess strong people skills, be organised, and motivated to help others achieve their goals. A driving licence is highly desirable for this role.
