Job Description

Role: Graduate Data Consultants (Multiple Roles)
Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive
Location: Fully remote - must be based in the Republic of Ireland

We're partnering with a specialist healthcare consultancy that delivers complex digital transformation programmes across healthcare environments, with particular expertise in large-scale electronic patient record (EPR) implementations.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are expanding their permanent Data Migration team. This is not a short-term project hire, but an opportunity to join a core team supporting major transformation programmes and helping shape best practice across future deployments.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants to migrate and validate healthcare data, ensuring it is accurate, secure, and ready for use within new EPR systems. With full training and mentorship provided, this is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build a long-term career in data consulting and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Support healthcare data migration projects, transferring data from Legacy systems into EPR platforms or archive systems
  • Assist with developing and running data migration scripts and ETL processes (extract, transform, load)
  • Validate and test migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
  • Investigate and help resolve data discrepancies or migration issues
  • Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and key stakeholders to understand data requirements
  • Document migration processes and provide project updates throughout delivery

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of databases or SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in data, technology, and healthcare systems
  • Eagerness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team

If you're a graduate based in Ireland with an interest in data, problem-solving, and healthcare technology, and you're looking to start your career in a supportive and specialist team, we'd love to hear from you.
