Graduate Client Services Executive - FinTech

Our client, a fast growing and highly successful FinTech company, is seeking a highly personable Client Services Executive with superb attention to detail to join their growing team.The successful candidate will be the point of contact for all major clients, problem solving, supporting and at the forefront as an ambassador for the product and service. Our client would consider bright, highly motivated graduates or candidates with experience in the financial service industry - the most important thing for our client is personality. Based 4 days a week in High Wycombe with 1 day working from home.

£26k - £27k + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clients in all stages of the relationship from early stage integration/onboarding through to daily trade booking/support
• Presentations and live client demos/training as necessary
• Keeping up to date with all products
• Payment queries - investigating payment issues/liaising internally for banking updates/confirmations and accurately conveying updates to clients
• Promoting the company offering and identifying new opportunities

Skills/Experience

• Excellent communication skills, able to converse well with clients and successfully manage relationships
• Impeccable accuracy
• High level of numeracy and literacy
• Strong computer and MS Office skills and confidence dealing with technology
• Poise and confidence in a busy environment whilst under pressure
• Financial services experience is desirable or an interest in the sector
