Job Title: Graduate Air Airframe Engineer
Location: Prestwick (Ayrshire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; for this role you will be expected to attend site 4-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
Responsibilities- What you'll be doing: Graduate Airframe Engineer is split into four disciplines: Aerodynamics, Design, Materials and Structural.
- Aerodynamics discipline delivers aerodynamic solutions that maintain, develop and apply aerodynamic capability to our aircraft programmes.
- Design Engineering Discipline is responsible for producing the integrated airframe design definition and physical product design dataset to enable product manufacture, through-life support, qualification, and certification.
- Materials Engineering Discipline is responsible for materials and process technical support, capability for materials development and manufacturing activities.
- Structures Engineering discipline is responsible for the definition of initial airframe structural and then to ensure the ongoing structural integrity of BAE Systems Air products.

QualificationsQualification requirements: As a minimum requirement you'll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Maths.
