Post specific related information

Play a key role in one of Ireland's largest public sector transformation programmes, supporting the delivery of the HSE's Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) and Finance Reform Programme.

Work within a dynamic Programme Management Office (PMO), providing project and programme support across governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management and project delivery activities.

Support the implementation of a national SAP-based finance and procurement system, helping to modernise financial processes and strengthen controls across the health service.

Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, healthcare organisations, external partners and the Systems Integrator, contributing to successful programme delivery.

Develop and apply project management expertise, using industry-recognised methodologies, digital collaboration tools and programme management frameworks within a fast-paced environment.

Gain valuable experience in change management and organisational transformation, supporting workshops, user onboarding, communications and stakeholder engagement activities as part of a major national reform initiative.
