Grade VI HR Business Partner- Medical Manpower

We are currently recruiting for a Grade VI HR Business Partner based in North Dublin.

Temporary 2 month contract
Full time - 35 hours per week
Based On Site
Immediate start

Salary Scale: €56,757 - €69,341 based off the public sector GVI pay scale; relevant public sector experience must be verified before placing higher on the point of scale.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management and administration of all Medical HR duties (both NCHD's and Consultants)
• Recruitment & selection of NCHD and Consultant positions for all disciplines
• Preparation of all contract documentation for both NCHD's and Consultant's
• Assist in the completion of Consultant Application Process (CAAC)
• Ensure DIME system is up-to-date for both NCHD's and Consultants
• Management of Consultant Medical Education (CME) fund
• Ensure that EWTD compliance is monitored and maintained
• Preparation, distribution & calculation of NCHD timesheets

Qualifications and experience needed

• Relevant experience in Medical Manpower is essential for this role
• HR qualification
• Excellent ICT skills, including MS Excel proficiency.
• Proven organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities.
