Grab Driver

Located just off the M602 near Salford Royal we are looking for an experienced grab driver for local work on an ongoing contract in and around Manchester.

The work is days only, Monday to Friday, with regular hours (6.45am to 4.30pm) and fully employed with statutory holidays and auto-enrolment pension contributions. Pay is negotiable depending on experience and includes a tax free meal allowance of £5 a day when you on the road.

We need a self-motivated driver who can work independently, look after their truck and get the loads completed and keep the customers happy.

Experience of Grab work on utilities and/or roadworks at the kerbside is ESSENTIAL and you must have the skills to control the bucket under pressure in tight spaces with multiple hazards present. Holding Allmi cards is preferred.

Additionally you must be able to work on your own initiative, planning your time, following the requests of the customer and keeping on top of minor issues that crop up whilst you are working.
