Overview

A highly specialised GP role with real clinical ownership. Established Training Practice offering a focused frailty role with longer appointments, strong MDT support and significant autonomy.

Salary & Benefits

• £12,000-£12,500 per session

Workload & Structure

• 4-10 sessions available
• Dedicated frailty/elderly patient list
• 30 minute face to face appointments
• Extended home visits (1-1.5 hours)
• Care home rounds and MDT leadership
• Flexible start and finish times

Practice Features

• Strong MDT: paramedics, pharmacists, frailty team, physiotherapists
• Daily visiting support (ANP/paramedic)
• High dispensing, partner owned premises

Qualifications

• Qualified as a General Practitioner
• Registered with the GMC and UK Performers List
