There arecurrentlyopportunitiesforGovernanceManagerpositionswithina numberofour business units.
Key Responsibilities- Support maintenance of a robust governance control framework within the relevant business lines.
- Review andsupport and/orimplement processes and systems to ensure robust governance, and evidence for the same across the business.
- Manage thequarterlyand annualgovernancesign offs asrequired.
- Co-ordinate the riskmanagementprocess within thebusiness unit.
- LiaisingwithGroup Internal Audit&otherrelevantstakeholders
- Review and updateriskcontrol matrix in place for key processes.
- Driving andmaintaininga strong Governance Culture
- Take the lead on anyContinuous Improvement ProjectsarisingintheGovernance RiskandCompliance(GRC)area
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Relevant third level degree or qualification is required
- Anability to actindependently
- Strong Governance, Risk or Complianceknowledge & experience
- Strong communicationskills with a proven stakeholder management experience
- Proventrack recordin implementingor enhancing governance/ risk frameworks
- Knowledge of Finance and the energy industry would be beneficial
This position will be based in F27, Dublin.

The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week. All Smart Working arrangements are subject to regular review based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the business.

€71,900 - €84,600 per annum, depending on experience.
