About the Role

A fast-growing, performance-driven digital marketing agency is looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager to lead strategy and execution across approximately 20 client accounts. This is a fully remote role within a high-performance team that values accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, proactive, and experienced in managing multi-account portfolios in English-speaking markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads strategies aligned with client goals and budgets
  • Own and lead multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent performance and ROI
  • Mentor and support junior Paid Ads Specialists
  • Deliver detailed campaign performance reports and actionable insights
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing strategic updates and recommendations


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, preferably within agencies serving UK, US, or AUS clients
  • Strong ability to audit, build, and execute performance marketing strategies independently
  • Proven knowledge across campaign types: Search, Display, Retargeting, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube
  • Mastery of key Google Ads concepts: keyword match types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, geo-targeting, demographic adjustments
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Availability to work US Eastern Time hours (7am-4pm EST)


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager implementation
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Call Rail, ClickUp
  • Previous experience working in or with Google

Schedule & Location
