Title: Trust & Safety Analyst-AI & Policy Specialist

Duration: 12 months Contract

Location: Dublin

Mode: Hybrid (3 days to office)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trust & Safety Specialist to help protect the integrity of a leading E-commerce platform. This role combines Trust & Safety operations, policy enforcement, AI/LLM solutions, analytics, SQL, and stakeholder management to build scalable enforcement processes.

• 5-7 years' Trust & Safety experience within E-commerce, online marketplaces, or shopping platforms.
• Manage policy enforcement, investigations, escalations, and marketplace integrity.
• Strong knowledge of counterfeit products, prohibited listings, unsafe products, and marketplace abuse.
• Experience with AI/LLMs, Machine Learning, data labelling, model evaluation, and process automation.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills for reporting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Develop operational policies, enforcement guidelines, and scalable Trust & Safety solutions.
• Manage vendors and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations.
• Experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar marketplace platforms is highly desirable.
