Global Workplace Inclusion & Adjustment Lead

Omega Resource Group is seeking a Workplace Adjustment Lead in Crawley on a 12-month contract with hybrid working arrangements. The role supports equitable workplace adjustments, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to roll out a global service.

Part-time to full-time hours (30-37.5 hrs/week) with a pay rate of £40.00-£50.00 per hour (PAYE or PAYE Umbrella). The candidate will lead the WAS rollout, manage adjustment processes, coordinate with suppliers and staff, and develop expertise to ensure
