Posted 7 hours 3 minutes ago by Morgan Philips Group SA
A high impact brand within the pharmaceuticalsspace is entering a pivotal period of growth. As scientific complexity increases, competitive landscapes shift and stakeholder expectations continue to rise, the demand for a modern, digitally enabled global training ecosystem has never been greater. To support this evolution, our client is seeking a Global Training Lead who will design, build and lead a future ready learning environment that elevates scientific fluency, strengthens customer facing capabilities and equips global and affiliate teams with the confidence and competence to execute strategy at launch and throughout the product lifecycle. This fully remote role.
At the heart of this position is the responsibility to drive global launch readiness. You will develop and lead the brand's launch readiness strategy, ensuring alignment with scientific evidence, competitive dynamics and overall brand objectives. You will oversee the creation and delivery of high quality training across scientific, clinical, commercial and access related domains, ensuring all content is compliant, medically accurate and accessible globally. As the product progresses through its lifecycle, you will continue to uplift and evolve capabilities across teams worldwide.
You will own and continuously enhance the global Core Training curriculum, shaping learning for onboarding, functional capability and advanced scientific proficiency. A key aspect of the role involves leading global Train the Trainer programmes, enabling affiliate Training Champions and Field Trainers to adapt and deploy relevant, market specific learning. Working closely with Affiliates, you will conduct diagnostic assessments to identify skill gaps and co create targeted development plans. You will also strengthen KAM and MSL effectiveness through structured capability pathways focused on scientific engagement, value based dialogue and consultative influencing.
Digital learning and innovation sit at the core of this role. You will lead the development of a modern learning ecosystem using advanced tools such as Miro, Articulate 360, Synthesia and other virtual collaboration platforms. You will leverage AI to accelerate scriptwriting, microlearning creation, localisation and assessment development, while incorporating innovative formats such as simulation, gamification, spaced repetition and bite sized learning. A crucial part of your remit will be championing best practice adoption of AI across global learning, ensuring scalability, localisation and speed.
You will also be responsible for governance and optimisation of the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective learning pathways, certification structures, analytics dashboards and automated workflows. In parallel, you will oversee global training repositories within SharePoint, ensuring strong content structure, metadata governance and version control. Monitoring engagement and measuring impact through LMS and SharePoint analytics will be essential in maintaining high learning standards.
Training delivery is a major part of the role. You will design and facilitate engaging training experiences across virtual, in person and hybrid environments. Your audiences will be globally diverse, and you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy, consistency and relevance. You will also manage key elements of event delivery, including logistics, speaker preparation and participant engagement.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration across Medical, Commercial, Patient Access and Community Engagement teams. You will build robust relationships with affiliates to maintain global to local alignment and act as a cultural ambassador-demonstrating curiosity, partnership, scientific integrity and a growth mindset.
To be considered for this role, you will need experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech or life sciences industries in a training focused capacity - experience in cardiology, rare diseases or specialty care is advantageous. A recognised learning and development qualification such as CIPD (or equivalent) is required, as is a strong foundation in Learning & Organisational Development. Field facing experience, whether as a KAM, Sales professional or MSL, is essential, along with a background working in multicultural and cross functional settings and the ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
You will need fluency in English, strong skills across Microsoft Office and MS Teams, and confidence using digital and AI enabled learning tools such as Miro, Qstream, Synthesia and Cornerstone. The role requires someone who can translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences and who either has a strong grounding in lipidology or is committed to fast tracking their expertise. Interpersonal excellence, adaptability, strategic thinking, meticulous organisation and a passion for digital innovation are all critical attributes for this position.
We are committed to ensuring that all job applicants are treated equally, without discrimination because of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
