Global Total Rewards Lead Hybrid & Strategy

LeoVegas Group is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Lead to join the Total Rewards team in a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. You will support global reward programmes, provide expert analysis, and partner with Finance, Payroll, TA and business leaders to drive competitive and compliant pay and wellbeing initiatives.

You will lead market benchmarking, advise on policy, manage benefits across countries, and deliver data-driven reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
