Global Tech Paralegal - Contracts, Compliance & IP

Manna is seeking a legally skilled professional to join its legal team in Dublin. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, manage contract lifecycles and coordinate due diligence for strategic transactions.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will support governance, regulatory matters, employment and IP issues, and work with external counsel on international matters. This is a fast-paced role in a growing tech company.
