Job Description

LOCATION: Hybrid - Milan, Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Porto, Warsaw, Katowice, Budapest or Prague - At least 1 day per week in the office

MISSION

The right candidate will develop and implement a global social media strategy to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and support business goals. Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely activation, asset delivery, and alignment across platforms. Manage social media channels, create and publish engaging content, and write compelling copy for both organic and paid campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement a global social media strategy that aligns with overall business and marketing objectives.
  • Integrate lead generation strategies within the social media approach to target specific accounts and drive conversions.
  • Identify key social media channels and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and benchmarks for social media performance
  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant posting across all platforms.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee campaign progress, using project management tools to track deadlines, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Develop and manage a detailed campaign calendar, ensuring alignment across platforms and teams.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of all campaign assets (e.g., copy, visuals, videos) with the relevant teams.
  • Ensure all campaign elements, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and email campaigns, are activated on schedule.
  • Act as the central point of contact for campaign execution, ensuring all teams are aligned on responsibilities and timelines.
  • Coordinate with analytics teams to track the performance of all campaign elements (e.g., ads, organic posts, landing pages).
  • Share campaign performance insights with stakeholders and recommend adjustments for future improvements.

Content Creation and Management

  • Collaborate with agencies, content and creative teams to develop engaging and high-quality social media content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Manage the day-to-day creation, scheduling, and posting of social media content
  • Curate user-generated content and engage with the online community.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Utilise social media analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Analyse metrics to gain insights into audience behaviour and preferences
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise content and strategy.

Community Engagement and Management

  • Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Foster a positive and active online community.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
  • Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Utilise engagement strategies to generate leads and nurture accounts through personalised communication.

Collaboration and Alignment with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work closely with global and local marketing teams to ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations to address customer/candidate inquiries and issues on social media.
  • Coordinate with sales and product marketing teams to promote products and solutions.
  • Support local marketing teams in executing localised social media campaigns and initiatives


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and management. Of which the majority in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent in English (C2 level) with a second European language being a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Experience with social media analytics and performance measurement.
  • Experience in lead generation and ABM (account-based marketing) strategies to effectively target and convert high-value clients.
  • On small occasions, open to travelling internationally.
