Global Shipments Customer Advisor - Hybrid Until Jan 2027

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in the East Midlands to handle inbound inquiries from worldwide clients regarding shipping options. You will guide customers by phone, email and social channels, building rapport and delivering clear information.

The role is full-time with a hybrid pattern (one week on-site, one week remote) until January 2027, then full office-based. Pay at £15.34 per hour; shifts 08:00-19:15, five days per week.
