Job Description

As a Global Senior Marketing Specialist, you will help drive this vision by turning insights into action and partnering with global teams and brand partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of ARI's global marketing strategy
    Drive the creation and delivery of marketing plans that bring ARI's brand purpose, delivering joy on your way to passengers to life. This role shapes how customers experience our brand and ensures marketing activities deliver measurable commercial impact.
  • Build and strengthen a global marketing community
  • Foster strong relationships with marketing teams across ARI locations, creating a collaborative environment that drives consistency, knowledge sharing, and alignment to brand standards.
  • Craft and evolve ARI's brand narrative
    Deepen and articulate ARI's brand story and value proposition, ensuring all touchpoints reflect a consistent, joyful, and customer centered identity.
    Own the global marketing calendar and supporting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and in store environments. Collaborate with Buying, E Commerce, and Retail Operations to enhance customer experience and support Passenger Average Spend (PAS) growth.
  • Champion innovative brand and store concepts
    Support the delivery of creative brand ideas, store identities, and in location marketing concepts that elevate ARI's presence and reinforce
  • Support business development and new market growth
    Contribute to tender submissions and lead marketing execution for new ARI locations, ensuring our brand and customer proposition are effectively represented and locally optimized.
  • Manage digital engagement and emerging trends
    Partner with the Content Manager to amplify brand reach, harness digital insights, and capitalise on trends that drive awareness, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Oversee marketing budget and asset management
    Ensure responsible stewardship of the marketing budget and efficient management of creative, media, and digital assets. Maintain clear, timely communication with stakeholders, providing transparency on plans, progress, and changes.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrates a strong track record of Retail marketing

A minimum of 3 years retail marketing experience

An analytic, strategic thinker who is self-confident, flexible

Experience of account management within a brand / marketing agency will be an advantage

Digital marketing experience is preferred but not essential.

Proven experience managing cross-functional / global stakeholders.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

Builds strong relationships, establishes rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or similar discipline preferred/or relevant work experience
