Global Senior HRBP - Partner to Revenue Leaders (Hybrid)

We Are Adam is seeking an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the Chief People Officer and senior commercial leaders across the globe. This UK-based, hybrid role will shape workforce planning, organisational design and capability building during a growth and transformation phase.

The successful candidate will regularly advise senior leaders, influence business performance, and lead a geographically dispersed HRBP team with reach beyond the UK.
