Job Description
Global Sales DirectorYOUR MISSION Professionalize the sales function, coach and empower the team, and implement a robust Go-to-Market engine to support the ambitious growth of the position which targets an experienced leader, both with deep expertise in SaaS and B2B, and a solid background in the AECO sector (Architecture, Engineering, Construction). You bring a strong background, strong leadership, and the ability to turn vision into action. You know how to lead with both kindness and accountability.RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and develop a global sales team of 65 people, and oversee a global Customer Success team of 26 people responsible for onboarding, adoption, and retention; strengthen the existing team; coach high potentials, set standards of excellence, and ensure accountability is clear to all parties. Implement best practices in sales: improve pipeline management, sales forecasting, goal definition, reporting, and closing strategies. Collaborate with the management team to align revenue strategies with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance. Drive expansion and acquisition: oversee both new business and upsells with nearly existing clients; establish scalable systems and rigor that ensure predictable and repeatable performance on a global scale. Bring vision and clarity to our Go-to-Market strategy and its execution as a leader and coach: support regional sales directors and future leaders in developing strong, structured sales teams. Actively participate in refining our sales approach, including land-and-expand and Enterprise sales, on transactions ranging from $50k to over $1M.YOUR PROFILE 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles in B2B SaaS, including experience as a Sales Director or at a similar level with total responsibility for the AECO sector (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) with a proven track record of scaling, having grown revenue from $40M to $100M, ideally within a fast-growing, remote-first company. Proven experience in revenue management and business development across EMEA, Americas, and deep understanding of Enterprise sales cycles (6 to 24 months), land-and-expand strategies, and vertical Go-to-Market models. Expertise in coaching, developing, and motivating sales teams during growth phases. Comfortable in both design and execution; you know how to be detail-oriented while keeping an overarching vision. High emotional intelligence, strong leadership, and collaborative spirit; you inspire trust and respect, and drive change with others, not against them.
