Global Reward & Benefits Specialist - 12-Month FTC

Career Moves Group is seeking a Reward & Benefits Specialist/Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will own benefits renewals, help design global reward structures, and work closely with the Director of Total Reward as the function is built out.

The role requires hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Victoria-based with 2-3 days in the office.
