We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Policy Leader to shape the global policy landscape for Consumer Health. In this high visibility, strategically critical role, you will guide how we anticipate regulatory change, influence external environments, and embed regulatory foresight into business decision making worldwide.
You will lead our global regulatory intelligence capability, represent the organisation in key industry and policy forums, and play a pivotal role in enabling faster, safer, and more innovative product development across markets. This is a rare opportunity to define and elevate a growing capability area with direct access to senior leadership and significant global influence.
What You Will Do- Lead global regulatory intelligence and policy tracking to anticipate emerging trends and risks.
- Interpret global regulatory developments and translate them into strategic guidance for innovation and market access.
- Develop and execute global policy influencing strategies to shape the external regulatory environment.
- Drive global alignment by partnering with regional and market regulatory teams.
- Represent the organisation externally in trade associations, regulatory working groups, and global policy forums.
- Extensive experience in Regulatory Affairs within Consumer Health.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams, coach others, lead global or cross functional initiatives, and effectively influence senior stakeholders to drive organisational change.
- Deep expertise in global regulatory policy, intelligence, and emerging markets.
- Proven ability to influence regulatory strategy at a global level.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical and foresight capabilities.

Compensation and BenefitsSalary you can expect: Min £110K - £136K pa depending on experience. Salary reviews take place annually in April.
