Global Recruitment Manager - Remote (US/EU/UK)

Doncasters is seeking an In-House Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across the US, UK and Germany from a remote base. You will manage a team of four direct reports and two indirect reports, shaping talent strategy and delivering a consistent service across regions.

You'll use data to drive improvements, own external partnerships, and work with Communications to showcase our employer brand. This role requires flexibility across time zones and a proactive, process-driven leader.
