What are we looking for?

Our Madrid offices are growing, and we are looking for a Global Recruitment Consultant We offer you the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, business development, and recruitment, making a real impact by changing people's lives through your work.

Your Responsibilities

You will be the link between clients with staffing needs and top talent. You will participate in the entire recruitment cycle, including:

• Client acquisition, negotiation, and support

• Candidate search and pre-selection

• Interviews and contract closure

Requirements

University degree or experience in sales, customer service, business development, or human resources

Strong strategic negotiation skills and a professional presence

Passion for HR, consulting, and sales, with the drive to take on challenges and grow professionally

Advanced English level also Italian/French/Dutch/German is a plus.
