We are now looking for a Global Project Manager - IAM/IGA willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid international project based in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute end-to-end project plans for IAM/IGA initiatives
• Lead onboarding of applications into IGA platforms
• Monitor project progress, risks and compliance status
• Ensure delivery across scope, timeline, quality and budget
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT and security teams
• Lead governance routines (steering committees, reporting, risk reviews)
• Manage escalations and drive resolution of critical issues
• Define and track KPIs (e.g. onboarding progress, reconciliation coverage)

Technical Profile:

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects
• Proven experience delivering IAM / IGA projects
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM IG, Oracle IG
• Strong knowledge of:
• Access management & reconciliation
• RBAC / entitlement models
• Segregation of duties (SoD)
• Recertification processes
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for reporting and dashboards
• Certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) is a plus
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
