We're looking for a Global Performance Strategy Lead to drive our strategic vision across new business pitches and global performance initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape the performance narrative for some of the world's largest brands, playing a central role in how we present our capabilities and win new business.
The role offers a balance of strategic influence and client engagement-perfect for someone who thrives on translating performance marketing into compelling commercial opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesLead and develop winning performance strategies for global and market-level pitches. Owning the narrative, crafting pitch responses, and presenting to senior client stakeholders.
Act as the performance authority within cross-media Publicis pitches, contributing performance-specific expertise across a range of verticals and regions.
Build and maintain standardized frameworks and resources for pitch processes that local and global teams can adapt and reuse.
Partner with global and regional markets to support their local go-to-market strategies, ensuring consistency with our global performance vision.
Serve as a strategic advisor to Global Client Leads, providing expert guidance on performance challenges and unlocking new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain a strong new business pipeline by identifying performance-led opportunities across markets and sectors.
Demonstrable experience in performance marketing, ideally within a global or multi-market agency environment.
Proven success in developing and delivering pitch-winning strategies and presentations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior clients and executives.
Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across a fast-moving global environment.
Deep understanding of digital performance channels, trends, and challenges faced by modern brands.
Confident working across diverse teams and geographies, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
Strong analytical thinking, with experience leveraging performance audit tools to identify growth opportunities.
A track record of influencing revenue and business growth through performance-led strategies.
