Global Payroll Specialist - Automation & Compliance Lead

Waystone is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions for 1,800 employees globally. The role involves end-to-end payroll oversight, collaboration with HR, finance and external providers, and driving continuous improvement in controls and efficiency.

You will maintain payroll systems (BambooHR, Excel), handle pension remittances, regulatory changes and payroll reporting, while delivering high accuracy and strong stakeholder service.
