Global Payroll Lead - Flexible Hours & Hybrid

Howden is seeking an experienced payroll leader to oversee international payroll operations across multiple countries. You will manage outsourced providers, drive governance and controls, and partner with HR, Finance and Legal to implement changes and ensure compliance.

The role requires strong leadership of payroll teams, hands-on experience with Workday or CloudPay, and a track record in improving processes and governance. Hybrid working in London is offered.
