A Danish client of ours is currently looking for a Global Deel Payroll Expert to spearhead a global program.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Run monthly payroll for Denmark, the UK, and France
• Ensure compliance with local tax, labour, and reporting regulations
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams across regions
• Streamline payroll workflows and support automation initiatives
• Act as the subject matter expert for all payroll-related topics

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of international payroll experience, with proven expertise in Denmark, the UK, and France
• Experience with global payroll platforms (Deel is a strong advantage)
• Skilled in managing third-party payroll providers
• Fluent in English (Danish or French is a bonus)
• Comfortable handling payroll for 500-600+ employees
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Bonus: Experience with payroll in Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, or China
