Global Payroll & Equity Ops Lead (Remote UK)

Hopper is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems and Equity Operations, to join our leadership team from a Remote UK base and help modernise our workforce compensation infrastructure.

The role will transition the function from manual, multi-vendor handoffs to an automated, highly scalable operating model, overseeing global payroll and equity administration. A successful candidate will bring multi-country experience and a proven ability to drive automation.
