Role OverviewWe are supporting a global, growing retail organisation with a 12-month FTC Payroll Administrator role. This role has a strong focus on delivering accurate, compliant payroll across multiple regions. The business offers a collaborative environment where payroll is central to employee experience and operational success.
Responsibilities- Manage multi-country payrolls across Europe, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Work closely with external payroll providers and internal HR/Finance teams.
- Handle payroll queries and support audits.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Relevant payroll experience within a retail environment, including UK & Ireland payroll plus at least one other country (ideally European such as France, Germany, Spain, Italy, or the Netherlands).
- Strong Excel skills and HRIS experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
