Up to £42,000 based on experience

Role Overview

We are supporting a global, growing retail organisation with a 12-month FTC Payroll Administrator role. This role has a strong focus on delivering accurate, compliant payroll across multiple regions. The business offers a collaborative environment where payroll is central to employee experience and operational success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-country payrolls across Europe, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Work closely with external payroll providers and internal HR/Finance teams.
  • Handle payroll queries and support audits.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Relevant payroll experience within a retail environment, including UK & Ireland payroll plus at least one other country (ideally European such as France, Germany, Spain, Italy, or the Netherlands).
  • Strong Excel skills and HRIS experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
