Job Description
Monzo seeks a Director of Group Operations Strategy & Development to shape the Group COO strategy across UK Ops, EU Ops and Controls. You will align goals, manage budgeting insights with Finance, and architect a global operating model that balances global efficiency with local needs.
You will deliver strategic projects, build executive narratives, and communicate progress through board decks and leadership updates. Remote-friendly UK-based role with London meetings as needed.
