Global Operations Lead - Supply Chain & Logistics

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the entire operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. You will work directly with the Founder in a small, transparent team, shaping systems to support rapid growth with a flexible hybrid setup in Chelsea, London.

You will lead forecasting, inventory strategy, production coordination, and international logistics, driving cost efficiencies and data-driven decisions across UK, EU, and US operations.
