Global Mobility Tax Associate Director

Working with a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, privately owned organisations and multinational groups, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering practical, commercially focused advice on global mobility and international workforce matters while contributing to the continued growth and success of the wider practice.
The Role- Act as the lead contact for a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, providing commercially focused advice and solutions.
- Manage the delivery of complex Global Mobility Tax advisory and compliance projects.
- Advise clients on international assignments, cross-border employment matters, remote working arrangements and expatriate tax issues.
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional services.
- Lead client engagements from planning through to delivery, ensuring quality, risk management and technical excellence.
- Manage portfolio performance, including billing and cash collection responsibilities.
- Work closely with Partners, Directors and colleagues across multiple service lines to provide integrated solutions.
- Support the development, coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
- Stay abreast of legislative developments and advise clients on emerging global mobility and employment tax issues and opportunities.
- Strong technical expertise in Global Mobility Tax matters, including expatriate taxation, international assignments and cross-border workforce issues.
- Experience managing a substantial portfolio of clients and leading senior stakeholder relationships.
- A proven track record of delivering complex Global Mobility Tax projects and advisory work.
- Excellent commercial awareness and business development skills.
- The ability to identify, manage and mitigate risk appropriately.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management capabilities.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to work alongside senior colleagues and external stakeholders.
- A professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent.
