Global Mobility Specialist for 6 months

Our client, a leading company undergoing significant global expansion, is seeking a skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join their HR team for a 6-month in-house assignment. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a role, supporting global talent moves across multiple regions while working with senior management.As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will manage end-to-end mobility processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience for assignees, transferees, and short-term travelers. You will act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on assignments, compliance, and policies.Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of assignments and transfers, coordinating with external mobility partners on tax, and advising managers and HR on policies, cost elements, and compliance. You will oversee assignment letters, and internal policy governance, compliance, and alignment with internal frameworks and country-specific requirements. Additionally, you will handle global mobility reporting and analytics (cost tracking, assignments overview, vendor performance) and act as the main point of contact for employees, ensuring a high-quality mobility experience. You will also contribute to process improvements and enhancements in global mobility. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in mobility, tax, or global HR in a multinational environment, a strong understanding of global mobility, knowledge of tax and stakeholder management, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
