Role Overview:

As a Global Mobility SME, you will be the go-to person for ensuring seamless and compliant employee delegations abroad and supporting those travelling to the UK. You'll provide invaluable expertise on all types of international assignments while fostering a culture of excellence through training and coaching.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in global mobility (inbound/outbound), international HR, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in training and coaching team members effectively.
• Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to navigate complex data.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT tools (Outlook, Office 365).

Key Responsibilities:

Delegation Management:

• Ensure timely and compliant delegations abroad, adhering to regulations and organisational policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex delegation cases, providing expert advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with payroll to initiate and terminate assignment allowances or one-time payments.
• Support local departments and projects with administrative tasks.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs for new joiners on delegation processes and travel expenses.
• Coach and upskill delegation team members to enhance their knowledge and performance.

Data Quality and Compliance:

• Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure compliance with delegation processes and policies.
• Implement and maintain best practices for effective data management and reporting.
