Global Medical Lead - Neurology (m/f/n)

We are seeking a freelance expert in Medical Affairs within the neurology portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the Global Medical Affairs team and act as the medical lead for all activities related to these treatments.

Tasks:

• Lead the development and execution of medical strategies and tactics
• Provide medical leadership within a global matrix structure and oversee the Global Medical Product Team
• Supervice a global Medical Expert and ensure alignment with strategic medical goals
• Deliver medical input for congress strategiesand lead the planning and execution of scientific meetings and advisory boards
• Build and drive global evidence generation plans (including Phase IV and RWE studies) in close collaboration with clinical, access and commercial teams
• Lead the Investigator-Initiated Trial (IIT) strategyincluding proposal review and approval processes
• Oversee the global publication plan, ensuring timely review and approval of manuscripts and scientific content
• Engage in patient advocacy initiatives and liaise with advocacy groups, academic partners and other external stakeholders
• Provide Medical review to Global promotional and non-promotional materials

Skills:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in medical affairs, preferably in the area of Neuroscience
• Experience in global Medical Affairs, preferably in a leadership or strategic advisory role
• Expertise in evidence generation, publication planning, IIT managementand cross-functional alignment
• Skilled indevelopment and review of clinical and scientific documentation
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
