Global M&A Accountant: Statutory & Compliance Lead

Morgan McKinley is seeking a high performing M&A Financial Accountant on a contract basis in Dublin. You will lead statutory reporting for newly acquired entities across EMEA/APAC, manage audits, and coordinate tax and VAT filings while ensuring timely compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have ACA/ACCA credentials, 5+ PQE, and hands-on experience with US GAAP in multinational environments, with advanced Excel skills and strong stakeholder management.
