Domestic & General Group is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist. This UK-based, hybrid role focuses on designing and evolving modern learning experiences across digital, blended, and performance support formats.

You will work with global stakeholders to shape methodologies, standards, and governance for scalable learning. You will evaluate new learning technologies, apply human-centered design, and improve learner experiences with analytics to demonstrate business impact.
