As Global Labelling Director (Team Lead), Content, you will shape labelling strategy that directly influences patient access, regulatory success, and product differentiation across major global markets. Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing global labelling content team, fostering capability growth and continuous improvement.
- Define and oversee global labelling strategies aligned with product and regulatory objectives.
- Direct the development and maintenance of core and major market labelling documents.
- Guide regulatory authority interactions and labelling negotiations with robust scientific rationale.
- Partner across functions to drive strategic alignment and informed governance decisions.
- Ensure compliant, competitive labelling through regulatory intelligence and market landscape insights.
- Champion high-quality evidence packages and serve as a subject matter expert during audits.
- Proven expertise in global regulatory affairs and labelling strategy across product development and lifecycle management.
- Strong scientific background with ability to translate complex data into clear regulatory content.
- Deep understanding of global labelling requirements and major health authority expectations.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, talent development and performance management.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across global cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and decision making skills in a complex matrix environment.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: €90,300 to €167,700. The base salary offered is determined based on gender neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and will be reviewed periodically upon joining. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Long term equity awards granted at group level may also be part of your package. You may be eligible for a company vehicle or a car allowance in accordance with the applicable local Novartis policies and guidelines.
