Global Key User - Sales & Transport Management (Barcelona, Spain)

This is a great opportunity for talented people who can develop as a Global Key User and Transport Management who will have the mission to be 1st contact point for all SAP related problems and questions for the Sales users and Transport Management users worldwide in our commercial offices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• First and second level support for all SAP SD and TM related incidents and system functionalities
• Support for Forecasting Tool
• Work with process owners & business users on SD/TM process analysis and optimization requests
• Develop and perform local key user trainings in Europe, Asia and U.S. and the Americas
• Execute unit- and integrated tests and document all tests results
• Create and improve user manuals
• Quality assurance - analysis existing business processes with the focus on harmonization and standardization according to group requirements, develop concepts to improve process efficiency

THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

• Good knowledge of SAP SD module and TM is a plus
• Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years
• Structural work approach and outstanding commitment
• Ability to multi-task several projects/initiatives simultaneously given this is a global position
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to document processes, specifications, etc
• Strong written and communication skills in English and Spanish. Any additional languages are a plus, but not mandatory
• High affinity with SAP S4/HANA
